Juliette 703 boasts a U shaped balcony overlooking the marina waterways and out to sea and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The two other bathrooms both have a bath and shower. All linen and towels are provided, except pool towels.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, a formal lounge and dining area, as well as a family/television lounge which all bedrooms lead onto. The lounge features cable television/DSTV, a DVD player and a Play Station 3 which is available for use.

The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
